This photo was taken in Giverny, France, a town about 45 minutes outside Paris by train. Upon arrival in the Vernon train station, we rented bikes for a 5K ride to the village. The town’s significance is that it is home to Claude Monet’s house and gardens, the setting of many of his most famous paintings.
